Techniques developed/ Achievements
- Expression, Characterisation and purification of recombinant HA1 and Matrix protein of AIV H5N1 in E.coli.
- Latex agglutination test using recombinant antigen for detection of antibodies against Mycoplasma synoviae and Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
- Flow through enzyme assay using recombinant antigen for detection of antibodies against Mycoplasma synoviae and Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
- Indirect ELISA using recombinant antigen for serodiagnosis of Mycoplasma synoviae and Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
- Recombinant antigen production for diagnosis of avian mycoplasmosis.
- Production of Yeast expressed recombinant antigen for use as FMDV vaccine.
- Production of Vero Cell rabies vaccine for animals in microcarrier culture.
