- Alterations in immunocompetent cells and cytokines in the pathogenesis of BVDV infection in sheep (As PI) (DST funded).
- Development of a one step Taq man realtime RT-PCR for detection and genetic typing of ruminant pestiviruses (as Co-PI).
- Pathobiology of acute and persistent infection of bovine viral diarrhea in small ruminants.(As PI).
- Sero-epidemiology and molecular diagnosis of type A influenza virus in poultry (as Co-PI).
- Development of enzyme immunoassay and nucleic acid based diagnostic tests for the detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in pigs. (As PI).
