2	Sample Quality & Delivery	🖈 Samples must be appropriate and in good condition. 🖈 Cold chain must be maintained wherever required. 🖈 Deliver samples during working hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) at ICAR-NIHSAD, Bhopal.
3	Covering/Forwarding Letter Requirements	Each consignment must include a forwarding letter from the AQCS office with: 🖈 Sample & Disease details 🖈 Firm's name, address, GST number, contact (phone/email) 🖈 Bill of Entry (B.E) number 🖈 Online payment details: UTR ID, Date 🖈 Payment receipt, if available
4	Payment Terms	Processing begins after receipt of advance testing fee. 6	Sample Submission	🖈 Submit samples only through the AQCS office. 🖈 Direct submissions by firms/importers are not accepted.
7	Live Animal Imports	🖈 Inform at least 3 months prior for live animal testing. 🖈 Delay possible if no prior notice is given.
8	Timeline for Reporting Results	🖈 Reports sent to AQCS within 7–10 working days. 🖈 For virus isolation/VNT, allow 2–3 weeks.
